Artist and Poet · Presented with MuseVerse Circle
An Evening of Art and Poetry. Selected paintings from the Rust Series, curated by Dinah Myers-Schroeder, shown alongside a poetry reading. The exhibition remained on view for two weeks following the opening. Presented by St. Paul's UMC in partnership with MuseVerse Circle. The brand framework for the evening: Scar. Story. Sacredness.

A group exhibition featuring Joy-Jayne Bassey, Karen Y. Buster, Emmanuel Fisher, Dinah Myers-Schroeder, Levi Robinson, and Luther Wright. Joy-Jayne was commissioned to write a poem for the exhibition, printed at scale and hung as a physical installation in the gallery alongside the visual works.

A celebration of African art with insights and performances. Joy-Jayne contributed as an exhibiting artist and featured poet for the evening, presenting poetry and insight alongside a panel discussion. The event included a live performance of the Palladium Print and a pianist. Moderated by Ashley Joi.
